Conceptual Architectural Design Consultancy Services for a 70 story Luxury Residential Tower to be located on a site of approximately 8,360 square meters (sm), including 456 residential apartments with a total gross construction area (GCA) of approximately 151,756 sm (consisting of 112,813 sm of Residential Apartment & Amenity areas and 38,943 sm of Parking & Service areas), including all FSI and non-FSI areas, comprising commensurate luxury residential facilities, clubhouse and amenities, front and back of house areas, service areas, structured car parking and all constructed project areas.  The Project showcases a dramatic 8 story Sky Garden at the 35th floor, with lush Resort Pool Deck and Gardens at the 6th floor. All apartment units feature generous balconies and unobstructed sea facing views overlooking the Arabian Sea and the downtown Mumabi skyline.
