Architectural Design Consultancy Services for a Five Star Luxury Hotel Development of approximately 125 keys, to be developed on a site of approximately 0.65 hectares.  The Project is subject to a maximum Gross Construction Area (GCA) of up to approximately 17,000 square meters (sm) including all constructed enclosed floor areas, comprising commensurate hotel facilities, front and back of house areas, guest amenities and all constructed areas for the Project, excluding rooftop MEP areas and structured parking.
