Master Planning and Conceptual Architectural Design Consultancy Services for a Mixed Use Development, comprised of (3) internationally branded Four and Five Star Hotels and (6) Luxury Residential Apartment Towers over a Retail/Entertainment Mall Podium, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 711,454 square meters (sm) to be developed on a beachfront site of approximately 223,524 sm incorporating a landscaped pedestrian beachfront promenade frontage.  Direct integrated access is planned along the project’s street frontage from the future elevated high speed rail Mangsang KTX Station.
