Architectural Design Consultancy Services for a Mixed Use Development, including internationally branded Luxury Serviced Apartments, Retail and Corporate Offices, to be developed on a site of approximately 39,005 square feet (sf) at a height of 26 stories and a maximum Gross Construction Area (GCA) of approximately 243,000 sf including all constructed enclosed floor areas, comprising commensurate hotel facilities, front and back of house areas, guest and resident amenities, parking and all constructed areas for the Project.
